We’ve made it easy to send a message (or multiple messages) to the owner of the list you’re on. There are two ways to contact them via Waitlistr: through the member dashboard or through the waitlist page itself.
Dashboard Method
1. Log in to Waitlistr.
2. After you’ve logged in, you’ll find yourself on the Dashboard page.
3. Locate the “LISTS YOU’RE ON” section.
4. Click on Message Owner.
5. Write your message. Press the Send button to submit.
Waitlist Page Method
Not on the dashboard but logged in? No problem.
1. First, search for your waitlist by typing in the name of the waitlist in the search bar at the top of the screen. Press Enter or Return to launch the search.
2. In the search results, click on the one you want.
3. Once the waitlist page loads, click on the chat bubble icon next to the list owner’s username. Doing so will load the messaging screen where you can write your message.
