As a list owner, your Manage List Members is the most important page you'll interact with. It's the place you'll see info you've collected, remove list members once you've finished with them, send messages, send invoices, and more. If you're new to Waitlistr, this overview should get you started using your Manage Page. If you've been with us for a while, you'll see we've added some great, new features!
Filtering list members with the primary tabs
You'll notice three tabs near the top of the page, "Current Members", Removed Members", and "All Members". These will filter and show your list members depending on which tab you click on.
Basic and advanced filtering your subset of list members
After you selected the appropriate tab, you can now dive in and do some basic and advanced filtering to find and sort your list members and show them in customized result sets.
You can start by doing basic searches for email addresses os a username. Simply enter one in the search box and hit return on your keyboard.
If you really want to dive in and dig through your list members in a very detailed way, click the "advanced" filter icon to the right of the search box to toggle open the set of filters. You can narrow in on subsets of list members, including filtering by date, points, payments made, and custom filtering too! Remember, list members are filtered based on which tab you are currently on – Current Members, Removed Members, or All Members.
Using your List Member table
The member table is the meat and potatoes, the thing that holds all of your list member data Learning how to interact with this is one of the keys to running a successful list!
Clicking on the checkbox in the table header will allow you to bulk select list members to Remove, Invoice, or Email them.
Sorting columns
You can change the display order to ascending or descending for all list columns including: Position, Username, Joined Date, Points, and Payment.
Expanding all list member rows
Clicking the Expand icon in the header will toggle open and closed all the rows with extra info associated with each list member.
Expand and view a list member's info
Clicking the arrow on the list member's row will open just that row. All of your list member’s info and details are rolled into a nice and tidy single row. Details and notes can be shown or hidden on demand to keep the table easy to read, and the details you need easily accessible.
